i think itz time i should sit down and start on my projects and assignments. in de blink of an eye, itz already week 4 of school!!! omg... how time flies~~ i have 2 projects due on week 7. argh!!!
[Saturday, November 26th]
dear cooked dinner - spaghetti..!! haha.
was supposed to go to Sitex Fair, but i woke up super late and so we had some change of plans. dear wanted to watch de movie 'SPL' and so after checking out for de movie time online, we decided dat Tampines Mall has de best timing.
ari's fren, Suya, slept over at our house after a whole night of clubbing. haha. de 3 of us woke up around de same time and lazed for about 30mins before we reluctantly got up from de bed. after we showered and did our make-up, suya and i then took a cab down to Hougang. she dropped me off at de bus stop where i was supposed to meet dear.
took a bus down to Tampines Mall. after we bought de tickets, we then went to have our lunch. i din expect Tampines Mall to be so damn crowded dat day. my gosh... those who know me will know dat i never like crowds especially when i have to squeeze through millions of people to get to where i want; i'm quite an impatient person la.
** hot weather and crowds always tend to make my mood change for de worst. i think chris is clearly aware of dis. haha.
de movie - SPL was quite a nice show. de cast in de show is almost similar to dat in Dragon Squad. de genre of both movies is de same - action/ thriller. simon yam never fails to look good in a suit. SHUAI!!! but he's old already. Lol.
after movie, we shopped around de mall for awhile before heading back to Hougang for grocery shopping at Hougang Mall. bought de ingredients for dinner. dear had wanted to cook sirloin steak initially, but due to de inavailability of steak in de NTUC, i suggested spaghetti instead. hee...
dinner was good. *thumbs up* din expect dat he can cook better than me lor!!! his spaghetti sauce and noodles were just nice, unlike mine; cooked spaghetti for my family few weeks ago, but my sauce ended up rather dry. -_-'''
oh well, i will learn how to cook better dishes when i have de time. de day will come... [me, being a good cook.] haha.
an apology to chris, my darling!!! haha. din mean to play a prank on you la. my dear was de mastermind, i'm only his accomplice k. wahaha. *pushing all de blame to him* he was just being cranky dat day la.. you should know i like to play also ma, so when he suggested to bluff you dat we quarrelled, i played along lor. actually it was your sms which gave us de idea to pull a prank on you. LOL...
[Sunday, November 27th]
met up with mag, limn and hanyi. mag wanted to show us her function room so dat we can think of how to decorate de room for her. de function room is darn BIG. so big till i think we can probably have a dancing area on her birthday. haha. mel joined us after dat. itz good dat she was dere to give us some ideas how to decorate de big room, since she's such a expert in decorations.
after discussing on how to decorate de function room, we headed down to Bras Basar Complex to get de stuffs. after which, we WALKED all de way to The Concourse at beach road. itz been so long since i walked such a long distance can... when we finally reached de place, all of us were dead-beat already. our feet felt sore and tired. but we wanted to get everything done and over with, so dat we can then sit down and have a good rest.
went to buy de remaining decorations for mag's function room. after dat, we went to de bench outside de mall and sat dere for a few minutes before we left. mel took a cab home while mag, limin, hanyi and i took a cab down to Suntec. mag wanted to check out dresses for her party.
we went to Fond Hugs where mag tried on a black-green knee-length dress, which can be worn with a pair of jeans. it looks quite good on her, but itz BLACK! haha. we also went to Mango where i tried on dis 'flirty-and-feminine' halter dress. i kinda like de dress but it costs 125bucks! too ex for something dat i will only wear for a couple of times. *bleah*
after shopping around Suntec, we went to Marina. shopped till most of de shops closed. after which, we took a bus down to town where i alighted and went to meet dear after his work. ok i know... i have been seeing him like 4-5 times a week and yet i dun seem to get sick of seeing him. =P
[Monday, November 28th]
met up with limin and hanyi in town, after my class. met up with hanyi first since limin was late. went to Wisma, Taka and Heeren to shop for some stuffs.
mag, i know you can guess what we were shopping for la. but next time, try to act blur abit can... haha.
after shopping around for a couple of hours, mag, mel and calyn met up with us for dinner at Wheelock's NYDC. i had 'All-American' pasta and ice manhattan mocha, plus a slice of calyn's 'Mushroom Madness' pizza. ate till i was damn full. haha. oops! itz been quite long since i dined in at NYDC, and i tot de food still tastes quite good. *yummy* =D
after dat, we went to Far East Plaza. mel went home first to pack her bag for her M'sia trip while de rest of us headed inside to shop. again, to find a dress for mag's party. after few days of searching high and low, she finally bought a dress. haha. shall not reveal de details about her dress though. [wait till i upload de pics which we will definitely take on her birthday la huh.] all i can say is, de dress looks good on her. nice nice! =)
calyn and i tried on a few dresses too. got "influenced" by mag. haha.
cal, i think de green dress looks quite good on you. can consider lor...
i kinda like a white V-neck dress but cal said it doesn't flatter my figure as i'm skinny. i tot of wearing my denim jacket to enhance de simple dress but oh well, shall k-i-v first. Lol.
tmr i will be meeting cal, jj and maybe dear to shop for dresses again. hmmm... sounds like a double date huh. haha. after accompanying mag to shop at Far East ytd, we are kinda gian to buy a dress too. hee...
actually, de sole intention of meeting calyn tmr is to do de banner for mag's party. but we decided to get our dresses first before going to jj's place to work on de banner. mag, u owe us a treat for de banner ah... haha.
